FAQ

How will my item be shipped?

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping is a flat rate of £2.35. Orders over £60.00 will be shipped free of charge. Currently we only ship to the UK; keep checking, though, as this may change in the near future.

Will my item arrive in good condition?

As collectors, we know how important it is for your item to arrive in the best possible condition; therefore, we take great care when preparing them to be shipped. For mint-in-box collectors, please email us prior to purchasing so that we can advise you on the condition of the item(s). On occasion, we do have older stock available on the website, some of which may have noticeable damaging to the packaging. In these rare cases, we will state the condition in the product's title.

Due to products coming from suppliers, we cannot guarantee that we will receive them in prestige condition, and major suppliers will not guarantee it for us either. That is why we recommend our mint-in-box customers to email us first.

Please note, paint applications on the product may be slightly different and, in some instances, may have rubbed onto the bubble/window of the packaging. This is a QC manufacturing issue, and we therefore accept no responsibility for the product beyond its outer packaging.

Can I return my item?

Bits of Plastic accepts returns up to 30 days from purchase. All returns, however, must be in original packaging and received in the condition in which it left us. We advise that customers take care when packing returns to ensure the item(s) are not damaged in transit. If the item(s) arrive faulty, please send photographic evidence via email and your order will be refunded, including postage and packaging, as soon as we receive the item.

What if my figure breaks?

Please remember, plastic can snap, particularly in poseable action figures. We accept no responsibility in such cases, but do advise that you loosen the joints on the action figure to prevent stiffness. There are a number of ways to do this, but we recommend submerging the joints in lukewarm water for approximately two minutes prior to posing your figure for the first time. It should then create more flexibility for future use.
